Where are my videos stored?

On your iPhone only. The app keeps its own copy of each clip you log so your journal still plays if you clear your camera roll, and it never uploads your videos anywhere. Those copies are not part of iCloud or iPhone backups, so if the phone is lost or the app is deleted they go with it. Your camera-roll originals are never changed or deleted by the app.

What happens to a clip that's stored in iCloud?

If your iPhone keeps only an iCloud copy of a video ("Optimize iPhone Storage"), the app downloads the original when you pick it and shows the download's progress. You can save the attempt before the download finishes; it carries on in the background.

How do I export my journal?

Settings → Your data → Export your journal. You get a file with every attempt's date, skill, stage, metric and notes.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Your data → Delete account. It is permanent and takes effect immediately: your account and journal are removed from our servers, and the app's video copies are removed from your phone. Your camera-roll originals are left untouched.
